An Ocean Suite on the Carnival Splendor is a very spacious stateroom.
My 6'7" tall brother cruised with my son and I and he did not feel cramped in this room!
When you enter, you'll find a hallway with the dressing room and bathroom to your right, then it opens up to the combo living/bedroom area. There is plenty of storage space between the closet within the dressing area and the closets in the bedroom area. You'll find a bar area on one of the walls with the mirrors. The bathroom features a jetted tub and double granite vanities.
My only complaint about the Ocean Suite on the Carnival Splendor is the size of the balcony. It's not super deep and isn't wide enough to hold two chairs, a table, and a lounger like an Ocean Suite on the Carnival Breeze. Definitely not a deal breaker though!
Cruise Hack: The walls are magnetic!
Purchase some magnetic hooks and put them on the walls to hold your hats, lanyards with your cruise card, and other small items to minimize clutter and keep things organized!
