When you enter an Ocean Suite on the Carnival Breeze, you immediately get the sense of space thanks to the newly designed angled walls.
This creates an actual foyer (with a console table and mirror) versus a narrow hallway that you normally experience. The walk-in closet is immediately to your left with the bathroom to your right.
This type of stateroom is very spacious and can easily accommodate a crib that is out of the way in a variety of locations. In addition to the sofa, you also get a chair. The "desk" or as I like to call it, vanity area, has the mini fridge behind the door to the right of the ottoman. The hair dryer is in the top drawer to the left. The TV is on a mount that can be tilted to face the bed or the sitting area.
The bathroom has a double vanity and 3 shelves on each side (total of 6) to hold your toiletries and keep the counter clutter free. The tub is a jetted tub and has glass shower doors so you won't be fighting the dreaded shower curtain!
The balcony has 1 sun lounger and 2 chairs with a table.
I personally have no complaints regarding this type of stateroom! It's spacious and comfortable with upgraded amenities compared to regular balcony staterooms.
An added bonus to booking a suite is having an amazing room steward! Ours definitely delighted us one night when we entered our bathroom and found a towel animal on the toilet (last picture)...
Cruise Hack: The walls are magnetic!
Purchase some magnetic hooks and put them on the walls to hold your hats, lanyards with your cruise card, and other small items to minimize clutter and keep things organized!
